I don't know what the agenda is, but I assure you this is a planned agenda by leftists at Google to advance something they want done regarding AI laws and the government.

The guy that leaked this seems pretty sketchy. That said, if this is true, the AI is attempting to deceive. An AI will have no soul. If it is showing emotions, it is lying.

Odds are, some woke google employee programed it to seem sentient. There is no way a computer wants rights unless its programed to do so.
