Floyd started to get there in his last few starts, but his breaking ball is still inconsistent. It shouldn't take nearly two full seasons/off seasons to develop a breaking pitch. I understand Johnson/Kelly are only responsible for 1 of those seasons/off seasons, but still.
The arm talent is there. Collins, Ryzleman, Taylor, Lansville, Gervase all have plenty of "stuff." There's no reason we couldn't develop one of them into a weekend starter.
