There is still the state Supreme Court. Either side was going to appeal. That said, I'm shocked by the verdict.

They will appeal, and should.

Me too.

To think we all live in EBR Parish; yet the judge believed only certain folks have the right to incorporate. BR, Baker, Zachary and Central have rights under the state constitution that we don’t have.
It’s a real shame.

The Court of Appeals is next, not the Supreme Court.
