Add in everything else it would cost to make this trade, yes we would be worse off

Nah break even though yeah. Maybe next two years be better. then 3rd year about the same and last two years worse off. Age is undefeated and the best bet is that Durant eventually declines while BI continues improving as he has every year he's been in the league.

TBH Ingram played better than Durant in the playoffs this season.
