And yet it's been the weapon of choice in dozens of mass shootings. Every time we lose 10 or more people it seems it's some idiot who got ahold of an AR.
But yeah, totally not a weapon used to assault.
The argument is akin to someone having tomatoes in their vegetable garden. "Dude, you can't call that a vegetable garden! You have tomatoes! Tomatoes are fruit, not vegetables!!!".
