Local dairy plant here is offering $22/hour, both in the plant and the warehouse, in rural WI with all the benefits you have.

Plus a $2000 signing bonus.

They have ads every week.

You need to reevaluate your starting wage if you expect to get anyone worth a shite.

Bumping this thread because tchop said he initially lived in a garage apartment to get by starting out.

Someone just yesterday listed a garage apartment in nola (no kitchen, owner’s shite everywhere) for 975 per month.
