In sure they would much rather better a workforce where their salary afforded them the opportunity of hone ownership similar to every generation before them……

problem is they want to start out at mid career earnings with zero experience and limited qualifications as opposed to entering the work force at a level commensurate with those "skills" and improving their position based on skill and merit

Or they want an entry wage similar to the cost of goods of past generations, not an entry wage 40-60% weaker relative to the cost of goods than those generations before them calling them entitled…..

The lack of self awareness when calling them entitled is hilarious They are getting paid a relative wage so much less, and are being told “you should shut up and take it”

Go back in time to your first job. Now cut that salary by 40%. Would you have simply “shut up and worked”?

When in any other time was an entry level position not able to pay basic necessities like somewhere to live and transportation to that job?

Look, there's certainly some people that over value themselves, but $15/hour is literally below the poverty line.

Single late 20 somethings making $100k in urban areas can't afford single family homes, that's fricked up.

It's a free market with two sides, not a unilateral decision on how a skillset should be valued. That sounds like communism.
