As a picker/puller?

I can tell you this...just one really good picker/puller in a warehouse environment that you can trust, gets there every day on time, willing to help in other areas, and works to be better, etc. is worth every bit of 3 "regular Joes" in the same position. $25/hr is a fricking steal for those kinds of people, and I don't care how many college hours they've accrued
