Players getting legitimate NIL deals was never the concern and won’t be what ends it. NIL being used as the cover for pay for play was the concern.

How some of you still don’t understand that is astounding.

The fact that some think this is actually the problem is astounding.

NIL would be a player making money off a jersey or appearance, not pay for play.

Most schools lose money on football. Players scholarship packages are worth more than most here make in a year. Players aren't suffering.

I would say 100% of the people who support NIL as it is, have no clue what it was actually meant to be. I would bet every single one of those who love NIL and think schools are taking advantage of kids, also support wiping out student loans because they're "ruining people."
