The fact that some think this is actually the problem is astounding.
NIL would be a player making money off a jersey or appearance, not pay for play.
Most schools lose money on football. Players scholarship packages are worth more than most here make in a year. Players aren't suffering.
I would say 100% of the people who support NIL as it is, have no clue what it was actually meant to be. I would bet every single one of those who love NIL and think schools are taking advantage of kids, also support wiping out student loans because they're "ruining people."
