Columbus is my vote, but I'd change it to rural areas outside Akron if you want a lot of land or more rural living.

If you choose Columbus - pick a spot north of I-70. If you can find 2 acres between New Albany and Newark, go for it. That area is going to increase in value substantially over the next few years. There will be a lot more traffic, but more amenities too.

That area is ground zero for the old Trump era initiative to on-shore semiconductor production and design:
