Columbus by a mile. Very, very underrated city and property values there should continue to skyrocket.
It's a large metro in the Midwest that has gained a ton of population in a region where most large metro are losing population. There's a reason for that.
ETA: I've spent time in Akron in my life. That city is an absolute shithole. It's like a trailer park with 200,000 people. I know for a fact that at least a few years ago, the University of Akron's automated text messenger would send frequent texts about students getting robbed and mugged walking home from class.
