Columbus is probably the nicest of those three.
But you could live halfway between Akron and Cleveland and be 20 minutes from each of those. Cleveland is much nicer that people give it credit for. (tough winters though, not worth it for a lot of people)
Probably pass on Greensboro although NC>OH
