My Masterbuilt Gravity Series has been great. I didn’t need a anything too large so I got the 560. The 800 comes with a griddle.
You get the ease of a pellet grill, but still have to ability to crank up the heat to sear a nice steak

Same here. Had a gas grill but wanted something different. Went with the 560 because of the size. The ability to adjust temp and hold temp and still use charcoal and wood chips is awesome. I use it more than I did my gas grill.
