Well, I don't know about "high level", but I can say that the video begins with the oft quoted (by Q) remarks from The Art of War talking about appearing weak when you are strong. They, like Q, claim to be everywhere. Also, the video repeats Q by saying this thing is world wide. "The whole world is a stage" as the video claims warfare is evolving and shows the evolution from knights in armor to today's conflict which is being waged on the internet (shows someone scrolling on their phone). The video pretty much directly quotes Q when it claims that the WHO is behind this rise in medical tyranny we are seeing with Covid (fun fact, Q had many drops talking about Corona well before the virus was ever released). The images themselves are things that came up in Q research from the beginning. From Koko the Clown to the Ghost Army patch. All of it was covered in the thread.
