It's a recruitment video put together by the 4TH PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS GROUP. Not one put together by a generic advertising company. It is chock full of symbology, and I'll bet he guys who did it had a great time with it. Other than to let everyone know they are on the job, there is no hidden message for the "well informed" to decode.......
