come on, man.

The schools themselves can't enter into NIL deals, but the boosters who do the actual NIL deals will certainly have a contract with the player that requires the player to enroll and play for the particular school.

But thats against the only NIL rule, the deal cant influence the choice of college for the athlete. Its like the only rule there is, although the NCAA has no way to enforce it.

Its basically, going to take someone challenging the system and making someone else look like a fool. Let one of these rich dudes get burnt and look stupid and I guarantee the rules will change.
