I posted this earlier, but Im sure one kid will get smart and sign all these contracts for multiple schools and then not transfer to any of them.
The deals cant be tied to the schools so what are these companies going to do, break the contract because the player didnt transfer?

The schools themselves can't enter into NIL deals, but the boosters who do the actual NIL deals will certainly have a contract with the player that requires the player to enroll and play for the particular school.
