I'm having a no chicken Saturday...

My son is coming in from BR this weekend. He called to warn us not to have any chicken for meals on Saturday. When I asked why, he said he and his friends fried up alligator before the UF game and said that was a bad omen, so no chicken. Not a problem here, I'm grilling steaks anyway.

Chicken has much more protein though, and you can fry it and pair it with waffles.
