No idea. But how could it possibly not? An unregulated fishery which attracts boats from all over? Surrounded by fisheries that do regulate? I’m guessing science showed other states the need to regulate, and Louisiana has already had to regulate other fish harvesting, so how would it even be possible that pogie fishing would not also need some limits?
