Well for USC fans, that would be 2006 USC @ UCLA on Dec. 2.
But I'm sure USC fans would hold 4th and 2 in the 2006 Rose Bowl as the biggest heartbreak based on historic implications on the line, as Carroll said after the game..."we would've been the be all and end all." First team to ever accomplish the feat.
