|I honestly haven’t gone digging through the criminal statutes in what I assume was California. I’m simply surprised that so many on this board seem to have done so, at least based on their certainty regarding the subject.

Why would I have looked them up before that point? I had made no assertions or statements. OP did. I asked which law he thought should be applied. OP didn’t know. So I looked it up myself. Nice job ignoring all of my other posts, you strawman building fricking clown
