Pay the Funeral Home. It's not their fault the insurance company is not paying. Hire an attorney to deal with the Insurance company. The estate should have become the beneficiary. They will pay it is going to take awhile.

The only issue they have with that is that the funeral home supposedly checked on everything considering the insurance and gave their okay to go ahead with the funeral as if the policy was covering it. The arrangements were made on a Monday, and the funeral was on Friday. They had time to determine if it wasn't going to pay.
