I can tell you the point of this. This is the left doing some exploration on how many people they can get to move for 900. If this works and they get 1000s that are dumb enough to move across for this, then this program gets put into Michigan, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania and possibly Georgia to move lefties to the swing states.
