If GORDON REALLY wants to be Mr. LSU Tiger then he needs to buy us a BASKETBALL Team.

I frickin wish. He probably brings in stupid revenue, but a PI attorney alone isn’t going to bring us to A&M/ Bama levels

Maybe that’s what the transfer portal people are waiting for.

Shaq could write out a $5 million annual check in a flash.

Why is everyone expecting Gordon to be the savior by himself? We need other businesses and rich alumni to step up and help with NIL.

Why can’t one of us Scotty get the NIL shite rolling? He is suppose to be great at shite like this, but appears he was over rated.

You don't get that title buying a basketball team. Football rules the roost around here and always will. He is spending his money where it benefits him the most. If you want to help basketball why doesn't your family contribute and sign a player to a NIL?

How many times we gonna go over this? Generally speaking, the LSU fan base & the state does not care enough about basketball for big money to dump Kentucky type money into the program.

Hell, look at the pelicans. They had some real good teams a few years ago with Davis and Holiday and the state didn’t give a shite. Hardly anyone in Nola even cared. Louisiana doesn’t care for basketball. Never has.

Well, most of those players would have stayed plus several top recruits were coming if we just would have kept…oh never mind, not going down that road again.

LSU fans really like spending other people’s money.

Why would that be his responsibility? He’s done an awful lot already.

Maybe after sanctions. You aren’t buying talent without the ability to make the tournament.

No. Football first and baseball second. Basketball last

It seems that some of you are just now understanding the difference between huge successful companies being based in LA versus big global companies just building all their nasty plants there, and what a really successful alumni/fan looks like. The LSU/LA pool just isn't as deep. I hope they figure something out though.

What is with all of the negativity around Gordon with LSU? One of the only local names that has been contributing this much for NIL already as far as I can tell.
