And re-write the post from vantage point of allegation and not violations.

The points of the NOA are not even to the official point of arbitration to determine what is a violation, their level(s) and what is not a violation.

It may NEVER get to that point. That's why you fight.

The problem is, the NOA is a technical document and people are taking liberties with words and drawing conclusions from one point of view. All we and the media know is the redacted NCAA version of the allegations. We don't know LSU/Woodward/Tate's version or WW's version.

There is a difference between an arrest and a conviction

But when a guy gets arrested and they find the kiddie porn in his room that’s when you fire him.

We know what evidence they have and you’re an idiot if you think Wade is skating by on a couple Of these violations. Fight all he wants.
