I understand your point. But is this actually going to be a loop or just an alternative route over the river? Cause many of these locations appear to be just that. Another river crossing. Not an actual loop or bypass. Just a way to get the plant traffic home or to work. And I’m fine with that.

well.....i know how incompetent the state is, but if you are going to spend a billion on a MS river crossing, it should be set up to become a crossing for a loop.

I’ve been saying that they need a regional plan and the location of a new bridge depends on what the master plan is.
