The most sensible route will be just south of Addis , across Manchac Point, cross the river, on/off ramps at La 30. . Have an elevated section following along the south side of Bayou Manchac and tie into I-10 at LA 928.
The Bluebonnet tie won't happen, to many traffic lights slowing the traffic.
Also the U Club and CCLA will never allow a new major highway to cross them.
If this gets built no commercial businesses should be allowed to be built next to it(no Dollar Generals), also NO billboards( keeps pics of lawyers away from Bayou Manchac, and does not promote trashy Louisiana lifestyles).

You are never in a million years getting a highway built through Spanish Lake because of new age hippy environmental wetland laws.
