Just put the thing in Plaquemine and split the distance between the miss river bridge and the sunshine.

Why is this hard?

yeah i dont get it either.
none of these are a viable truck-route from 10/12 anyway. plaquemine has always made the most sense

Because you also have to have suitable feeders and not be placed in a location that would cause major navigational problems to ship traffic. You also need to put it in a place with fairly stable geology and relatively simpler river hydraulics.
