Urgent cares pay a little more than hospitals on average. My wife has gotten offered between $50-65 an hour typically.

Kind of all over. Some were 36 a week, some were shift so 24 one week/ 60 the next. Pretty sure most places are somewhat short staffed in urgent care settings so usually there is OT shifts available to take as long as you are willing to travel to other clinics.
