It depends on the setting. Urgent cares pay a little more than hospitals on average. My wife has gotten offered between $50-65 an hour typically. Most places are between 36-48 hours a week
Psych does pay more from what I remember but there are some other certifications if I remember correctly.

Get into dermatology. I’m a Derm PA and it is a great career.
