It’s a big scam and assure you they will not cover if at all possible…. If your home is pier and beam then you need to tell them you want it treated and under contract for powder post beetles as well because they won’t tell you or treat for that unless you tell them to and when your house falls down from termites they will say it’s powder post beetles…. Borate under entire house. Use a local company because the big national companies and/or franchises are so scared of liability their contract pretty much gets them out of any liability whatsoever
