The whole thing sucks. I don’t know if LSU will take in 5 star after 5 star anymore. But, we’ve seen deep runs in the tourney year after year from schools with inferior talent. The one commonality was senior and junior led teams. We need these kids developed and not leave after one year

It’s a shame for sure, because we know that all the schools are doing some of the same things. It was just the fact that the allegations were backed up with so much evidence. I mean, the larp has all of his text messages as evidence, they have the transactions from the bank . That in itself is something that no coach would survive. That’s not even counting the other 5 and that includes the wiretap.
Can anyone think of an example of a coach that wasn’t fired after 6 level 1s and loic almost assured? Don’t say Kansas , I’ve read through all of the noas from the ncaa to every school that was thereafter hit with loic . The only ones that kept the job after said noas were tame compared to wades.
I’m not sure that all of the ones I read ended up being hit with loic but most were and once again, all that were retained didn’t have shite on wade.
If we would have kept him after the punishment it would have been the biggest frick you to the ncaa in the associations history . That would mean that the penalty would be much worse. I’m not even sure he could have been kept legally

The stars on every team leave early, the 3 & 4 yr players are gone. Power 5 teams that make big runs with junior and senior full teams are a thing of the past. There are runs made by mid major teams, Dayton, George Mason, Butler, and oh yea Murray St , are we Murray St. No I think right now we’re Georgia, it’ll take at least 3 years, free of sanctions before any 5* talent looks our way. The days of LSU b-ball are fading fast no matter how many transfers we get, we won’t sniff anything til he’s (coach M) is able to recruit full force. IMHO I think he’s a great hire to get us thru this but there’s no Morants walking through the PMAC doors, I hope he can recruit as good as I think he can coach, he may be a better coach than WW but ain’t NO way he’s a better recruiter. And before u say he paid players they ALL do, WW could talk the language.
