Everyone talks about his pace to start 2020 as if there was no way the better teams we played wouldn’t have slowed that pace down.

They were SEC teams. They may have been bottom tier Sec Teams but it’s not like played against Northwestern, Nicholls and Mcneese

Most teams play cupcakes to begin the season. 2 sec teams no matter what you think of them are going to be tougher than rent a wins. Also with experience qbs usually get better.

I mean even if he goes from 370 yards per game to 300 and from 3.6 TD per game to 2.5 TD per game, I'll take that all day.

You may have a point, but there is no way to know that one way or the other.

I personally thought that the way he was slinging the gall, he was going to be tough to defend no matter the opposition.

I like how everyone shits on Myles for his first three games being against weak competition.

Not a single QB in LSU history threw for more yards, TDs, or completions through their first three starts—not Mett, Flynn, Rohan, Russel, Burrow, Jones, Mauck, etc.

Would he have thrown 400 and 4 tds against everyone? Almost certainly not.

But it’s hilarious how after Burrow had his record season, Myles gets crapped on for going 1-2, when two years after the fact, it should be apparent to everyone that O had no control over anything in the program by that point.
