The one problem that I have with the show is that they eliminate the weakest player. If Mystery is as good as he claims, they should be keeping the weakest players in the game, so we can see a real transformation. Ideally, there would be no eliminations, and the winner would just be the guy who made the most improvement.
I guess they do the eliminations in order to help with ratings, but I think PUA can succeed without the gimmick of eliminations. Juggler did a show without eliminations on a British channel, and it worked.
Does anyone else think that Matador is going to end up on a BALCO subpoena 2 years from now? Dude has gained a lot of muscle since last season

i generally agree, like last year when he cut the Asian just because he had no upside. But, I really think he cut this fat dude simply because he is a homo. I applaud him for that.

Yeah, that's one thing we used to talk about last season. It sucks that the ones that need the most help get kicked off the fastest.

The gay guy that got kicked off reminded me of Ricky.

i miss the 40 year old virg from last year who's pickup line was "how many of your family members died in Katrina?"

I see the guy that cried while picking out clothes being gone in a couple of episodes (even though they previewed him being successful next week).

How can you watch that shite? It is so fricking miserable. I'd rather burn my eyes out with hot coals rather than watch that fricking douche talk about how awesome he is while a bunch of social retards circle-jerk on him.

After watching this show I asked Mrs. NOBes if I could hump close her.

Sounds like an entertaining hour to me.
My favorite line so far is the girl at the bar asking her friend, "Why the frick are you talking to THAT guy?"

Yeah, I think that the first few episodes are always better than the later shows because the guys are so clueless in social situations at first. The 40-year old virgin who tried to pick up a girl by asking about Hurricane Katrina is a famous example.
It's also a fun show to watch for anyone who has read The Game by Neil Strauss. Mystery is the second most important person in the book other than Strauss himself, so it's kind of cool to get to see him in action.
Still, I can't imagine he would do too well in the college bar scene here in Baton Rouge or any other Southern college town.
