Batteries dying if the job is too large for your stored energy capacity. This can be solved with having multiple sets of batteries, but it's not like you can just fill the tank like a gas powered saw.
As far as power, keep the chain sharp and a battery powered version cuts great for smaller to medium trees.
Batteries these days charge pretty darn quick too.
