Yes, and to overcome this racist, white privileged propensity of gravity to not allow rivers to flow uphill, they will build electric pumps at the base of the mountain to pump the water up to fill the trucks. These electric motors, of course, will be powered by the charged batteries of the trucks when they reach the bottom of the mountain.
