It shows he cares about the public image of LSU. This is an incredibly easy concept. I think if LSU could have headed off the NOA they keep WW. However, there was no way that was going to happen. WW was too sloppy and too stupid with his underhanded dealings and with the NOA coming out Woodward really did not have a choice.

Then he could have fired Wade years ago. LSU’s public image has been a disaster since the wiretap was leaked.
Also, I don’t want to hear shut about Woodward caring about doing the right thing when a piece of shite like Verge is still employed.
