If for nothing else, than deliberately doing this on the eve of the NCAA Tournament. The current roster isn’t involved. You couldn’t allow the players to play one, at best, two more weeks with their HC? This was an ego move by that pompous douchebag who, to my knowledge, STILL hasn’t hired a championship winning HC.
Of course, Women’s basketball may change that. So that will be a feather in his cap. Best women’s basketball AD of all time.
