typical myopic fan view I was a student during the CJ/Shaq year and while it was disappointing we lost in the round of 32 in 1990 but that GT team was also stacked (Anderson Oliver Scott) all NBA players 2 of which were Srs vs a Soph and 2 freshman.
Dale Brown had his flaws lord knows there were many games (especially that 89-90 season) I left the PMAC furious
but he built the program and made the tournament 14 out 16 or something like that. We would have been lucky if Wade came anywhere close to Brown but now we’ll never know
