What makes "Techbros" lean left?

Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, Austin, central NC, even Dallas are all hubs of tech that are going further left. Is it the education indoctrination that makes the tech bros lean left or the karen wives that they marry? Even Huntsville became a little more liberal this past election cycle

many are not what you would call a "Man's Man". Most are weak, ugly and just happy to have found a wife/girlfriend no matter how domineering that woman is. They are henpecked and will submit to anything for even the chance for a little nooky.

I didn't mention Charlotte in my OP but holy cow, went visit a friend there this summer and couldn't believe the amount of Soy's that live there. I guess I should have expected it from the Breweries in South End

They're largely products of big educational institutions that are massively liberal and they make really good money so they can live in the ultra white gated communities, making it easier for them to hold progressive views. They're the ultimate NIMBY liberals.

It's strange. I work in tech in one of the cities you listed. I left the oil field to come to a high rise to build software.

I love Eric Berger’s space reporting and the generally intelligent comments on his articles but Ars is dominated by Leftists.
