Why would Aerosmith take a hit for their 80s and 90s output? Done With Mirrors, the Run D.M.C. collab, Permanent Vacation and Pump all came during the 80s. What did the Eagles do in the 80s? fricking nothing, that's what. In the 90s, Aerosmith continued making platinum records and winning Grammies. The Eagles did one cash cow tour and then went back to hating and suing each other. I think Aerosmith wins this, and it's not close.

Because their 80s and 90s output was pure garbage. They recorded Diane Warren songs. What else needs to be said?
