if you're talking about college football, how the hell is anyone supposed to know this?

i think the average fan only knows the arm strength of about 10 college football qbs, let alone their playaction skills.

I actually think this part of his game could stand the biggest improvement. I don't think he sells it at all right now. Peyton Manning is the best I've ever seen at it. David Greene was very good too.

Jay Cutler isn't even close to Peyton. Peyton is one of, if not the best play action passer in the history of the game.
