If it refers to the wizard of Oz then everybody is chanting the wrong thing. The Wicked Witches guard would chant "Oh we love, the old one" not Oh-Wee-Oh. It's like baby's trying to imitate someone but can't get the words quite correct.

I'll stick with OH-Wee-Oh and let the Wizard of Oz have it's own thing going on.
