There are 100+ college basketball teams that charter or own their plane.

Negative. They want to punish them for violating the collective bargaining agreement in a way that presumably gave them a competitive advantage.
Of course the best thing to do is shut the whole money losing farce of a league down.

Fordham likely charters its own flights based on the budget for athletics.
WNBA teams don’t bring in money, period, so they exist only as long as the NBA decides they are a PR bonus.
