I wonder if the PGA knew of the quotes (Phil claiming to be bluffing) and they wanted it released to the public to blow up the chances of the Saudi Tour happening.

Ahh got ya. That makes sense. Weird that he would say that in the book.
I guess it got leaked and he saw the backlash. It sounds like some people are saying the backlash is coming from the saudi side.
I thought it was just that he sounds like a piece of shite by saying they are horrible people but money over all.
