Remind me why they are running wheel covers? Aero? Wonder if there will be brake cooling problems.

To reduce the turbulent wake, just part of the whole idea behind the aero of the 2022 car.
It is hard to say if anyone will have brake heat dissipation issues. It could happen. The craziness we saw in the late naughts with wheel covers (damn those pesky Scuderia engineers) made a big effort with brake cooling but at least the ones in 08 and 09 were static. In any case, the teams have very little leeway with the wheel covers so if they have an issue they have to find a different solution UNLESS (most) all the teams have issues and they modify the rules.
