San Francisco may be the only venue in the country where this isn’t a slam dunk conviction, and it isn’t getting transferred there.

So they want to be treated fair yet their victims weren’t given that choice. Death penalty is the only reasonable outcome of all this.

I feel dumb, but I didn't realize that Livingston was the parish seat of Livingston Parish until today. Passed through there a few times and I don't recall seeing a downtown or a courthouse.
