It's not just SF. Houston is even lighter. Houston doesnt have the most active downtown normally but lot of buildings are just empty from companies moving to WFH. Curious to see if American downtowns are primarily residential in 10 years.

I stayed in downtown Houston a few months ago near Minute Maid and it was definitely busier than this.
