Wrong. The NCAA limit of 25 initial counters (HS, JUCO or Transfers) remains in tact for this year and succeeding years. For this year the NCAA granted a one-time waiver that allows up to 7 additional initial counters (HS, JUCO or Transfers) if certain criteria is present.

If a school qualifies for all additional allowed initial counters, that school can sign up to 32 players, which can be any combination of HS, JUCO and/or Transfers. The 25 high school/7 transfers that has been wide spread on this board is pure bullshite.

okay, now I get it. I always thought it was 25 whatever then an extra 7 transfers based on if 7+ transfered out. That is why TAMU and others had such huge high school classes. I think TAMU has something insane like 26 4 and 5 star players before you even get to a 3 star.
