It’s like saying “He isn’t Black He’s Mexican” We all know what we mean by black, he looks like a black guy. If you were describing him to a host at a restaurant, you wouldn’t say the “Samoan guy over there” you would say the black guy.

What you mean by black is a shared opinion of no one I've ever met, so no "we all" don't mean that when we say someone is black
